  8. Let cool, serve and garnish with extra cheese if desired and fresh cilantro leaves.

Place filled skewers on baking sheet, and drizzle with teriyaki marinade to taste. Place the couscous in a medium bowl. Chop up all the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and any other veggies you prefer. Stir in the couscous, cover and remove from heat.
