Take Tomatoes
Prepare Chillies
Prepare Red chilli powder
Get Turmeric powder

Boil water and add roughly chopped tomatoes.Add 2 to 3 green chillies
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder &salt
Cook the tomatoes till mushy and all the water dried up
Temper the chutney - Heat oil and add cumin, Curry leaves and ginger garlic paste
Cook the ginger garlic paste and add the tempering over the tomato chutney
Mix
In oil add the Kasuri methi, red chilli powder and Dhania powder
Add salt and mix. Now add sliced boiled eggs
Fry the boiled eggs on both the sides
Serve the chutney topped with eggs along with steamed rice
