  2. Heat a small wok with oil. Add the mustard, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and let it splutter.
  3. Pour the puree and add the sambar powder. Allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Done!
  4. Serve with Idli, Dosa, Paratha, etc.
