The ingredients needed to make Chicken Fry:
  1. Make ready 1 kg chicken
  2. Make ready to taste salt
  3. Get to taste red chilli powder
  4. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  1. Add salt and garlic paste.
  2. Add red chilli powder, masala powders-coriander,jeera,garam masala, lemon juice,paste (greenchili+pudina, coriander, curry leaves)
  3. Mix well and marinate for 30 mins (to 2hrs)
  4. Add 1spoon maida/ 1spoon corn flour- leave for 15 mins.
  5. Deep fry in oil on medium flame.
  6. Kids can eat it as is at this stage.
  7. Can extend this further, fry finely cut onions, green chillies and ginger.
  8. Adding chilli sauce, tomato ketup, soya sauce.
  9. Add the fried chicken to this and serve with onion and lemon
