  2. Heat remaining oil & temper with cumin seeds & asafoetida. Then add the onion, garlic and green chilies. Stir fry till light brown.
  3. Now add all the dry spices and give it a stir.
  4. Add the chopped greens and cook, covered on a low flame till dry.
  5. Add the fried paneer & a sprinkle of some water. Saute for a minute. When done, add the pani puri masala and give it a toss.
  6. Serve as a side dish with either rice or chapati.
