  1. In a large saucepan add water and bring it to a boil. Then cook the spinach and fenugreek in the boiling water until wilted, about 3-4 mins. Drain it well and transfer it to a food processor.
  2. Heat 1tsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the paneer cubes, stirring constantly until browned on all sides. Set it aside.
  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in the skillet and fry the cumin seeds until lightly toasted for 3 mins. Add tomato garam masala, paneer cubes, salt, saag and then mix it and fry it for 10 minutes in low flame.
  4. Saag paneer is ready.
