  6. Add the onion paste and cook.
  7. Add the spices and sauce until the mixture oozes out oil. Add the green puree.
  8. Mix and cook. Add salt according to your family preference.
  9. Add cream and butter and mix well. Let the mixture cook until it bubbles. Saag is ready to serve.
  10. Add fried paneer cubes and serve hot with chapatis.
