  1. Firstly,add 1 cup washed Poha and boil potatoes and mash it.
  2. Also add turmeric powder,red chilli,green chilli paste,garam masala,aamchur,ginger garlic paste, crushed pepper,onion chopped.
  3. Additionally add 1 tbsp of cornflour /maida,salt and coriander leaves.
  4. Combine well making sure a dough is formed.
  5. Prepare in cutlet form by greasing hand with oil.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese in between the cutlet and cover then well.
  7. Prepare maida /cornflour batter by adding 2tbsp of maida /cournflour add salt as required and water
  8. Now dip the cuttlet in maida-courflour batter and coat with bread crumbs all sides.
  9. Now shallow fry or deep fry in hot oil.
